Simply browse our website, add the items you like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 400 5402 as soon as possible.



Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does delivery take?
We deliver across the UAE within 2–3 business days.

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders over AED 200 qualify for free delivery. Orders below this amount will have a flat delivery fee of AED 10.

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking update via WhatsApp or email.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept card payments via Stripe.



Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

All ARS products are manufactured in-house at our facility in Sharjah, UAE — ensuring full quality control and faster delivery.

Q: Are your products covered by warranty?
We don’t offer formal warranties, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace or refund it as per our return policy.

Q: Can I request a custom size or color?
At this time, we offer only the available sizes and finishes shown online. However, we may offer customization in the future.
